Dear Los Angeles,
I was raised in a working-class neighborhood where I saw firsthand what happens when communities are overwhelmed by crime, addiction, and instability. At a young age, I choose to be part of the solution and not fall victim to these realities.
For nearly three decades as a prosecutor, I have stood in court and said “For the People,” holding violent offenders accountable and fighting for victims who deserved justice.
Now, I am running for City Attorney because Los Angeles deserves to be safe again, and because public service should mean service to the public—not politics as usual.
We must restore order, enforce the law fairly and consistently, and ensure that neighborhoods across this city are places where families can thrive. At the same time, City Hall must be held to the highest standard of integrity, transparency, and accountability. As your City Attorney, I will do just that.
